A multi-session program that equips your teams with the one skill AI cannot replace, and turns it into a measurable professional advantage.
CHAT WITH USTHE PROBLEM
Generative AI is automating routine cognitive work at speed. According to a 2025 Harvard study, entry-level and mid-career roles are most at risk. The professionals who thrive won’t be those who use AI — they’ll be those who direct it with creative judgment, ethical clarity, and human insight.
THE SOLUTION
CrQ is the uniquely human capacity to generate meaning and novel value from information. It combines emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and strategic imagination — the capabilities AI lacks entirely. This program trains your people to develop and deploy it, using AI as a creative partner rather than a crutch.
WHY IT MATTERS
The World Economic Forum lists creativity as the #1 skill for leadership in 2025. IBM and Adobe research confirms it drives revenue. Yet most organizations leave it entirely untrained — because they’ve never had access to someone who truly lives it.
more likely to outperform on revenue growth — companies that foster creativity (Adobe, 2023)
faster growth in organizations that invest in creative leadership training (Deloitte)
more ideas generated by teams trained in creative problem-solving techniques
skill needed for successful leadership in 2025, per the World Economic Forum

We show up at work with our whole selves every day, yet it is never a part of the conversation – I love that Gaia’s coaching explores who we are at a deeper level because it fosters a genuine understanding and appreciation for who we are, which in return, strengthens our ability to perform with our full capacity at the workplace.
