'Periods are asking us to rest', reflect and take some precious time away. Menopause is a doorway into wisdom years, our body getting sensitive and directing us to slow down and get in touch with deeper aspects of ourselves. They are all-natural processes. When we 'listen inward' and dance with the melodies each cycle becomes an opportunity for feeling, for connecting, and celebrating life.
