AUTUMN REFLECTION: One sits by the river with no purpose, just to sit and be, with nowhere to go, and nothing to think about. One watches all the subtle activity of the forest and the water, listens to all the little sounds, feels with all the senses. The mind is empty, the body is fully alive.

In this state, mind and body melt into life and there is no separation. It is an absolute union, our primal and primary nature.
