I really wanted to find a way to represent this quote. Here is my interpretation!
"Someday, after mastering the winds, the waves, the tides and gravity, we shall harness for God the energies of love, and then, for a second time in the history of the world, man will have discovered fire."
You may notice that her arms holding the fire are forming an eye, symbolizing how the evolution of consciousness has moved us from the discovery of fire to love. Don't hesitate to share what you see/feel/sense when you see the artwork.
I also appreciated how Michael Levin decided how we may be able to judge the humanity of a bionic human: by his care/empathy capacity.
