In spiritual terms, it can be seen as the dark night of the soul, before ascending to a new stage in life. When we go through difficulties it's like being squished in a birth canal.

This study sketch can help see the process at play, it can give hope. It can help anticipate an opening, a release... colors and light may soon come.

It is the natural process of our universe contracting and expanding as it unfolds, like the contractions of a mother giving birth to new life!
